Ghost Pre Workout Review – Energize Your Workout
Have you ever been dragging at the gym and didn’t feel like you had enough energy to get a good workout? I know I have. I only take a few supplements, but Ghost Pre Workout is one I must use. It gives me the spark I need to get the most out of my time in the gym.
There are many pre workout supplements out there, so why Ghost? For me, it boils down to two things: Taste and Performance. But we can get into those in a little bit.

WHAT IS GHOST PRE WORKOUT – OR EVEN WHO IS GHOST?
Ghost is a supplement brand that markets itself as a lifestyle brand. I mean the website url is even pushing the Ghost Lifestyle.
Ghost offers many different supplements for training in the gym such as protein, pre workout (Ghost Legend), amino acids, BCAAs, nitric oxide, greens, vitamins, fish oil, hydration, and even gamer supplements.
Because it is a lifestyle brand, Ghost pays very close attention to how the product is packaged. Because of this, you will find some cool containers and flavors that will really catch your eye.
Ghost also prides itself on its transparent label. This really appeals to me, because I am not a big fan of companies hiding ingredients inside of proprietary blends and not revealing what they are.
HOW DOES GHOST LEGEND TASTE?
When I am looking into a new supplement, taste is king. I don’t really care about the benefits of something that tastes bad. I just won’t take it.
This is where Ghost Pre Workout hits a homerun… maybe even a grand slam!
The Ghost Pre Workout flavors are typically partnered with major brands to bring you familiar flavors. Who doesn’t love a SONIC Cherry Limeade? Some of my favorite flavors so far are the SONIC Cherry Limeade, Space Jam Tune Squad, Welch’s Grape, TMNT Ooze, and blue raspberry.
I haven’t had a flavor yet that I didn’t think was amazing. And if it is branded with a partner, such as the SONIC or Welch’s flavors, it tastes exactly like it! There isn’t a fake taste, it is the real deal.
DOES GHOST PRE WORKOUT WORK?
I will start off this section by saying that I am not an expert in this stuff. The only thing I have to go off of is my experience using Ghost Legend Pre Workout.
After trying multiple pre workout formulas with beta alanine in them, I tend to not care for the ones without it. It probably is just in my head, but the tingling sensation I get from the beta alanine makes me feel like it’s working and gets me excited to workout.
With 250 mg of caffeine, I feel like that is right in line for most pre workout supplements. According to a quick google search, typical pre workout formulas have 150 mg – 300 mg. A standard 8 oz cup of coffee typically has 95 mg of caffeine, so Ghost Pre Workout has about the same amount of caffeine as 2.5 cups of coffee.
I tend to work out during times of the day when I am normally tired. Because of this, I think that Ghost Pre Workout works for me. Does it work better than others? Maybe not. Does it taste better than others? For sure!
WHAT IS GHOST LEGEND ALL OUT?
In the past year or so, Ghost came out with a new version of some of the pre workout flavors that is labeled as “All Out”. So, what is it?
Basically, it is a ramped-up version of their typical pre workout. Where the old version has 250 mg of caffeine, the All Out has 400 mg. The All Out version also has new ingredients such as Betaine Anhydrous, Calcium, Vitamin C, Bitter Orange, and L-Tyrosine.
The nutrition label for Ghost Legend All Out Pre Workout is broken down into 3 sections. They are “Ghost Legend All Out”, “Ghost Smart Energy”, and “Ghost Absorption”. The original version only had “Ghost Legend”.
FINAL THOUGHTS ON GHOST PRE WORKOUT
I have used Ghost products for a few years and have really seen the brand grow. My favorite thing about the Ghost brand is the taste.
I have never had anything from them that didn’t taste good and tasted exactly like the flavor listed on the outside.
I am not a nutrition expert, but I know that this stuff makes my workouts better and makes me feel like it’s working. That is good enough for me to keep wanting to buy it and try out all the flavors I haven’t so far.
